The following information must be uploaded to resolve the hold on this permit:
The named Contractor has not yet approved their Association with this Permit.

Once a Contractor has been identified, such Contractor must logon to their eCLIPSE account, scroll down to the "My Activities" table and ¿Approve¿ their Association. Once completed notify L&I through the online Contact Us page:
Visit www.phila.gov/li (About/ Contact Us) - Under "Permit and code questions" section, click the "submit an online request" link and select the "Permit or Inspection Issue" and click ¿NEXT¿. On the next screen, select ¿Permit Issuance Hold¿ and click ¿NEXT.¿
