WORK TO ALSO INCLUDE THE REPLACING TJI'S WITH TYPICAL LUMBER JOISTS AS SHOWN PER STRUCTURAL PLANS SEALED BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. ALL WORK TO BE DONE PER APROVED PLANS.
