ORIGINAL: FOR THE ERECTION OF A NINETEEN (19) STORY BUILDING FOR USE AS THE FOLLOWING: 1ST FLR - ZONING PERMIT REQ'D PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY; ABOVE FLOORS FOR MEDICAL DENTAL, HEALTH PRACTITIONER OFFICES AND 50 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE ON SIDEWALK.
